Ever since my teens, at least, I have had an interest in sculpture. From time to time ideas, images, designs pop fully formed into my mind. Some want stone, others metal, but I have the skill, time and money for neither material. When I was learning to plaster walls it struck me that plaster that's going off would be an interesting material to sculpt with, but never acted upon it. I have tried air drying clay, which I am forced to dislike. In my childhood I tried Fimo, but I've always found it crumbly and hard to use.
Recently I decided to try Sculpey, as a medium for a series of miniature busts of characters that have formed in my mind.
